The Windows Live platform provides developers and partners an opportunity to develop beyond the desktop through the integration of web-based services. Given the usefulness the Internet offers in breaking down the geographical barriers in digital audio/music collaboration, the use of Windows Live Services could be an interesting path to consider in taking music creation applications and devices to the next level.
